Symptoms
We are getting the following error while adding subscription from Plesk

Error: No secure shell available

Cause
Issue caused because psa got corrupted, so try repair the psa database.

Resolution
Take backup of the plesk database “psa”

mysqldump -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow ` psa > psa_YYMMDD.sql

Repair the psa by following command.

/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.0.9-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair
