Following script will fix the SSL download issue with the older os versions ( Centos 5 ) and install ntphpselector.

cd /usr/local/src
http://download.nixtree.com/free/ntphpselector_manage_centos5.sh
sh ntphpselector_manage_centos5.sh  install
